SCALE photonics CEO to Speak at the Optics & Laser Kansai 2026 Symposium

Masanao Kamata, CEO of SCALE photonics Co., Ltd., will give a presentation at the Optics & Laser Kansai 2026 Symposium hosted by JPC Kansai on July 15, 2026.

The symposium will be held under the theme “New Developments in Semiconductor Lasers: Expanding Applications of VCSELs.” It will cover emerging technologies and applications using VCSELs, including LiDAR, chip-scale atomic clocks, and pulsed laser technologies for achieving higher output power.

SCALE photonics will present its laser light source technology under the title “Chip-Scale High-Peak-Power Laser.” The presentation will introduce our approach to integrating semiconductor laser materials and solid-state laser materials on a single chip.

SCALE photonics will continue to share the potential of its technology through presentations at workshops, symposiums, exhibitions, and other events.
